Shipping

Retail orders on notecards and open edition art prints are processed once a week.  Orders placed after 12 noon (MST: Mountain Standard Time) on Tuesday of each week will be processed the following week.  ‘Print on Demand’ orders for Giclee Prints take about 2 to 3 weeks to process the order.  Additional time applies for hand-embellishing Giclee Prints.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. All orders are shipped via US Postal Service – US Priority mail, or UPS Ground, and UPS 2nd day.  International shipments are sent using USPS Global Priority.  International orders must be placed direct through our office (not online). All shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the dimensions of the package, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address. If you would like to request an alternative shipping method, please email us, or call our office.

Shipping for international orders

We CAN ship outside of the United States. International shipments can be sent regular mail (about 10-16 days in transit) or USPS Global Priority (about 6-10 days in transit, pricing starts at $22). All shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the dimensions of the package, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address.  Please contact us via email or phone to place an international order.

Privacy Policy

Banayat Fine Art respects your privacy and will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away any personal or company information. Company and Personal information provided is only to be used for the services requested, such as processing an order and shipping your package to your address.

Payment Options

There is a minimum $20 purchase for online retail orders. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Processed payments will appear on your statements as Banayat Fine Art.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days for website credit or exchange. We do not provide refunds or cash back. All returned items must be returned in original, sellable and unused condition with the original packing materials. Please make sure that items are well packed (additional packaging may be necessary) and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

RMA #

To make a return or exchange, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number. To obtain this, please email us and include your order number and a list of the item(s) you are returning in the body of the message. We’ll then reply back with your RMA #, which you’ll need to include in the address field of your package. This RMA # is very important to ensure proper tracking and handling of returned goods. Do not return any product(s) until you have received an RMA #.

Upon receipt of the shipment, Banayat Fine Art – MiliGirl Collection will contact you by email to confirm your website credit or exchange. Please reference your RMA number when contacting us to check on the status of your return or exchange.

Damages/Defective Merchandise

Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 48 hours. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please notify us immediately. Email us for a return merchandise authorization number on damaged items.

Sales Tax

We collect 8.35% Arizona State sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Arizona. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.

Out of Stock

While we do our best to keep all items in stock, there may be instances when an item you order may not be available. In this case, please e-mail us and we will notify you by e-mail the expected ship date.

Wholesale accounts are now available! Banayat Fine Art – MiliGirl Collection considers its retail outlets as one of the most important aspects of our company. To buy wholesale we require a minimum purchase and your resale tax ID. For more information please contact us by email or call our office . Zazzle.com odering Information

Some of the MiliGirl Collection card designs are only available through www.Zazzle.com/MiliGirl, including: The Pink Ribbon Collection, Women & Wine Series, Christmas Cards, and the Military Cards.

• When ordering products from the Zazzle.com/MiliGirl store please keep in mind that it may take up to three weeks to receive your order, because these are “Print on Demand” products.  This is important to take into consideration if you want your cards by a specific date.
