With so many people trying to cut costs wherever they can this is an excellent solution for saving money on phone bills.

I bought my magic jack device in February 2009; it’s pretty slick. It’s saving me over $600 per year!  You just buy the little Magic Jack for only $40 and that includes your first full year of free local and long distance service, plus free directory assistance, free call waiting, free voicemail, and free caller ID.  You just use your regular home phone, and you can even check your messages from another phone.  You do need to have a computer and High Speed Internet.  If you have a Macintosh (like me) you need to have an Intel based mac to be able to use a Magic Jack.  You can Call anywhere in the United States and Canada for Free.  After the first year it only costs $20 per year after that!
